Experience our dynamic high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes designed to push your limits and maximise your calorie burn. Join a supportive group environment and achieve rapid results with our expert instructors. Equipment brought on the 3rd week of each month. Bodyweight and dumbells along side core workouts. Aerobic box's are brought and we do sessions with these making each week different and exciting. 

Slower sessions

Our slower sessions are tailored for individuals with limited mobility, providing a safe and supportive environment to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Wednesday mornings are dedicated to these gentle workouts. Whether you want to just keep the blood pumping and flowing or come out and make friends, sessions are suitable for all. You may stand or stay seated for these sessions or a bit of both whatever your comfortable with.
